I had Mr. John Riddle of Bathtub Refinishing Of Cincinnati (He also appears to use the company names Advantage Refinishers Greater Cincinnati Area and Prestige Bathtub Refinishing in Cincinnati; I scheduled with Bathtub Refinishing of Cincinnati and my receipt showed Advantage Refinishers Greater Cincinnati area) to re-glaze the tile and grout in my shower and around my tub. Never showed up for the job! Could not reach anyone at the office number. Never received a return call! Horrible customer service waited two hours and never received any notification from anyone. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! There should be a negative star for this place!
