We are absolutely thrilled with our new shower! We were on a tight timeline and Ian and Michelle worked hard to meet it. The quote was quick to arrive and when the work started Ian arrived on time, worked the entire day and cleaned up after himself. Very disappointed with the work that was done and products that were used . Biggest mistake I have ever made hiring Bathtub King. Shelves falling off , caulking coming off , and drain falling apart when you push down or push to open drain . I am wondering what is going to fall apart next . Over a 4000.00 dollar waste of money. I have had 3 other companies come in and look at the work and the products used . I was told by all 3 that I was robbed to have paid 4000.00 for the mess I got . Ian transformed our ugly pink tub and tiles into something beautiful and he also fixed a drain issue under our vanity sink. Michelle kept us well informed on the status of the job etc., everything was done very professionally and we are very pleased with the result.
