I cannot say enough good about this company and their representative, James. I contacted Bathtub Guru to see if they could transform my existing whirlpool tub into a soaker tub. It was a big job involving removing the mess I’d made trying to block the jet outlets with plastic discs and the foam I’d sprayed into the jet outlets in a misguided attempt to do it myself. James refinished a 1950's cast iron tub which had multiple layers of paint on it from previous refinishing. He did a great job and the tub looks brand new.
We had a disappointing experience with this company. They came to repair a small crack in our washroom sink and charged me in cash without providing an invoice. Unfortunately, the repair didn’t hold up, and the crack reappeared much worse within days. Now, I’m left having to replace the entire sink. I expected a higher standard of workmanship and professionalism. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for reliable service.
