This guy is a real character. I should have been alerted when the business phone rang off the hook in the middle of the day - or when the website business hours were listed as 24 hours a day - or when they had availability immediately but no! since his wife had cleaned for me a few times after surgery and such I trusted him...BIG MISTAKE.
