Bathroom Solutions remodeled both our master bath and guest bathroom last winter. Mike walked us through the process from beginning to end from recommending great sources for choosing tile, cabinets, fixtures and counters etc. The communication throughout from start to finish was seamless and we are very pleased with both bathrooms and also the way they function and flow. We'd def recommend Bathroom Solutions.

Mike Emanuele, the owner, is hostile and mean-spirited, and he has some major anger issues. He was constantly trying to pick a fight with me the whole time he was in my home. And this is the guy I'm paying to remodel my bathroom? Seriously? He says one thing and does another, and then berates you, the customer, in your own home. I felt like I was constantly being lied to and manipulated. The guy has no sense of ethics or conscience. I called Mike Emanuele on a Friday, 2 days later on Monday he got back to me. We set up a visit to the house for a bathroom remodel estimate in 2 weeks time. Mike said he was a bit busy and would email the estimate within 10-14 days. After 25 days I emailed asking what the status was. 4 days later he replied, said sorry, and that he was not accepting new projects - including estimates, even for houses he had already come out to look at.
