Bizarre. Tim showed up, introduced himself and basically ran upstairs. Within 2 minutes of looking at the tub he indicated that the damage was due to someone "dropping something" into the tub. And that another area was paint? When we indicated that nothing had been dropped (other than maybe a plastic scraper?) and we hadn't painted anything, he became very offensive, got up, and walked out.
