I hired Bath Tune Up for a tub to shower conversion..I am overall pleased with the finished job, but not thrilled with the experience I had. The project wasn't without some frustrations and delays. In the beginning I was told that they used their own tilers but they used subs on my job instead. We had Bath Tune Up replace our bathtub, flooring, and vanity/cabinets (90s era) and are extremely happy with the results. The space for the tub was awkward but their project manager made a couple trips to check measurements to make sure the large tub we wanted would work. The crew completed everything in two weeks, did very high quality work, and were very respectful of our home and keeping things clean. Some minor frustrations with communication prior to scheduling, but the final result deserves the 5 stars. Thanks BTU!

Overall, I am happy with the bathroom remodel. I found the price to be somewhat high but I appreciate the work that was done. I do plan to work with them again in the future to renovate another bathroom and maybe my kitchen also. However, I will be more vigilant with monitoring the costs.
