What a pleasure to work with Dean, after getting quotes from other contractors. He is very knowledgeable, personable, on time and has a straightforward approach. He gave us several options, with the pros and cons and helped us devise a great bathroom remodel. Bath Solutions is a family business and we are so happy to be one of its newest customers.
After getting several quotes from many different plumbers and contractors, we finally found the best company to remodel our bathroom. Dean came to our house to assess the situation and to give us a quote and we were so impressed with his knowledge and experience, that we truly felt as if we were treated like family. He gave us several recommendations, and the best price in the market. The whole experience has been great so far! Thank you Dean!
Bath Solutions did a great job from start to finish with our bathroom remodel. We first met with sales manager Dean who listened carefully to what we wanted to have done and clearly explained all of the options for financing our project. Glen as well as the other members of the work crew were very thorough and did an excellent job with the installation.
Run far away!!! We entered into a contract with Bath Solutions on April 24, 2024, for a full bathroom remodel in our condominium, with an estimated completion by June 2024. The contract included provisions for potential permit delays but set expectations for timely communication and reasonable project duration.
