I had a complete bathroom renovation including new subfloor from Bath R Us. My experience with ***** and his crew was phenomenal. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Bath R us exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this company.

We had a new tub/surround installed, along w/some updated plumbing and new flooring. It looks very nice. They also tore down the walls and installed greenboard, and hooked up our new toilet, etc. They did all this in 4 days, in a small bathroom, with only 2 installers. They were efficient and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. We have an old house, so some of the work was challenging. We are very happy that we decided to go with Bath R Us for our shower remodel. The process was very easy and we are so excited about our amazing shower. Even though we have a 170 year old home with an unusual set up, they made it perfect! While they were in the home, ****, ***, and **** were so polite and made sure everything was as we ordered. **** and Jr. are the best came in layer down drape clothes to keep the area clean and got right to work, asked my opinion on where to put shelfs and grab bars and kept me informed the whole time. Would highly recommend this company and these 2 guys are great very friendly and professional

Although the workmanship was excellent the project lasted for three days I was without a shower for six days. because of a holiday weekend it was difficult to expedite the project because the owner ********* who supposedly always gets back to her customers, even though requested to do so, never called me I did not appreciate that. In general the project looks very nice. I have not tried it yet because I have to wait 24 hours before using the shower which delays me yet another day. Contracted ********* to redo bathroom March 31. Salesman double checked measurements next day. Job was scheduled for **** 1.Tear out took place on **** 1, installation **** 2, but salesmans measurements for sink had not been used.
