Very pleased with shower to walk in shower replacement. However, the constant follow up sales calls are annoying.
Our experience with salesman Daniel Standridge was excellent. He clearly and patiently built our quote and answered all of our questions and concerns. Bath Planet of Arkansas’s product appears to be of quality material and the quote was less than anticipated. Daniel is a very good employee and an excellent representative of your company.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am looking to get an old whirlpool/Jacuzzi bathtub replaced in the house we just bought, and it's turned out to be quite the nightmare. The area it's in was custom built and several contractors told me that I'd have to rip out the entire area and have a whole bathroom remodel for it to look right.
