All the information originally quoted from salesman, who was fired was incorrect and as the new quote began so did the quantity of materials used in my still not completed shower. Its been over two years. The sales team try to pacify me with junk here and there not correcting what remains almost unusable. When l phone the customer service representative l have to start from the beginning, needless to say l am disappointed and frustrated. *************************
Reviews for Bath Planet are a farce. They have you fill out a review at the time of sale. At the time of sale you are excited about the project and the sales person is nice. BUT the work does not match the end result or expectation at all. The price is ridiculous, even negotiated, AND that's if it's installed well - which I now understand from other customers isn't quality and our experience isn't unique to us. Great visit on time and very through with everything we talked about.
The 2 installer crews were wonderful: punctual, respectful, kept me informed and cleaned all the mess perfectly & the final product is beautiful.The salesman was a nightmare and the project mgr and communication was very minimal.My meeting with the salesman-*** C was on June 7th, my my 2 bath projects were done *********** When *** showed up, I advised him that he was the 2nd of my 4 companies picked to shop with, he asked who I the other companies were, and proceeded to say how 1 was a unknown and to down talk the other 2 a... read more

******* and ******* did the demo of the walk-in shower and replaced that with a large tub and shower combo. ***** and ****** did the glass doors on the tub.Their work was spectacular and the end result was excellent. I am very happy with the job they did and the quality of the materials they used. I would recommend Bath Planet for anyone needing remodeling in their bathroom.
