Super easy and helpful experience. Everything was explained to me in great detail and I was very comfortable being upfront with both ***** and ****. When all was said and done I felt like I fully understood what the plan was moving forward. Definitely recommend!

The representative ************************* was great! Very friendly and knowledgable. He did everything he could to give my family an amazing shower at an even more amazing price. Since this was the first contractor we welcomed we did not sign the dotted line but as we continue to seek bids ************** and Bath Planet will definitely be considered.
Worked with **** who was great for the estimating part and the installers were very helpful. Only gripe was the communication between the installers and corporate side. Eventually in the end, after several weeks we got everything we initially agreed to and paid for.
