******* and **** were very professional and knew all about the walk-in tub we wanted. They are very knowledgeable about their products. We can not wait to use the new tub once it is installed!!!

The representative ************************* was great! Very friendly and knowledgable. He did everything he could to give my family an amazing shower at an even more amazing price. Since this was the first contractor we welcomed we did not sign the dotted line but as we continue to seek bids ************** and Bath Planet will definitely be considered.
Worked with **** who was great for the estimating part and the installers were very helpful. Only gripe was the communication between the installers and corporate side. Eventually in the end, after several weeks we got everything we initially agreed to and paid for.

I was very impressed with the workers, especially *** who handled the remodel and everything to do with it. The work was finished ahead of schedule and it looks great. Definitely recommend this company.
