Workers were polite, friendly and professional. Installation went smoothly and as described. They cleaned up at the end of each day when finished. Very happy with the shower and fixtures.

I want to start by saying how well the Lima crew is. Super friendly, well mannered, and excellent customer service. The project was awesome, they did a awesome job. Even friendly with our animals who had to be all up in their business when they were working.
Very professional employees, very considerate of the wishes of the customer. Installation was above our expectations. We would recommend Otterly for everyone’s bathroom remodel.
