My husband and I met with Blake Bayliff at our Columbus-area home to discuss a bathroom remodel. Blake was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and patient with our many questions. We enjoyed our conversation and appreciate his time and help as we explore the remodel process and options.
Our experience could not have been better. From the start Blake came to our house and was patient while working with us through choosing what we needed for our shower install, colors, fixtures, and differences in materials. They kept in contact during the whole process from ordering materials right through installation. Installers were prompt, polite, and clean and my wife felt comfortable. Would recommend to anybody.
Great Company and products! From Blake in sales and Steve in measuring and Cooper in ordering and scheduling all were professional and patient with all our questions. BIg shoutout to Oliver and Amaya our installers who were very professional and knowledgeable with very little inconveniences. They finished ahead of schedule!! We can not say enough good things about the Otterly Bath Team! We love the finished products!!
Overall, a great experience! Kept us informed on everything. Chance was top notch- did a great job, always cleaned up before he left . Very happy!
