Thad was amazing! We did a bathroom remodel and purchased a tub, filler, shower fixtures and sink fixtures here. Their selection is great. Pricing was better than competitors too. Thad was so patient and no pressure. He was understanding of all changes we made to the design before purchase. Best of all, Thad advocated strongly for us when there was a manufacturing snafu.
