Michael and Rolando were absolutely outstanding. They arrived on time and worked the entire day with no issues and extremely pleasant. I will be recommending Bathfitter to everyone.
I would not invest in one of these. You pay too high a price for this tub which isn't great quality. I have black mold or mildew forming around the base of the caulk of my tub and the floor of the tub is extremely slippery even though I was guaranteed that it was non-slip. They in fact, design the floor so its harder for non-slip mats to actually suction to the floor. I would say a bath fitter is maybe worth half what they charge you. Maybe less than that.
This company is a joke. Rescheduled the first appointment twice. Third time they didn’t show up. 4th time they didn’t show up again. How are they even in business?
