Joe A. and Chuck completed my installation in a timely, neat and professional manner. Went from tub to wall in shower and it looks great. Great guys who work fast and clean up after.
Be very careful with this company / this location. It’s great until it’s not and if you have a small problem contact them right away. Also, lifetime warranty doesn’t really mean a lifetime. You will not realize this fact until you have a problem like we did. From the very beginning we notice water felt like it was in between the original tub and the fitter. Dylan Smallman arrived on time the day of our install. Dylan was extreme professional and efficient working alone on the shower install. We were impressed how he removed all tile and tub all by himself. We can’t believe how beautiful the finished shower was in such a short period on time. In total, Dylan completed the project in just over 6 hours. We highly recommend Bathfitter Cheektowaga as well as Dylan Smallman for the install.
Had Bathfitters at my house today. The service guy chuck was super nice and professional answered all my questions and left the bathroom looking amazing thank you would totally recommend
