Overall experience was awful. The salesperson didn't find that I had some water damage & I didn't know until my installers started the project. So then I had to pay $500 more for a tub that doesn't even match the walls I was contracted to have. (Any normal business would take the loss or better yet: offer a discount). I've been to their website and made a couple of appointments for a request estimate and never had a response, thinking I did something wrong while trying to make an appointment because I never got a response. Then I made a phone call and spoke to a young lady and was told they never received my request.so at that time I made an appointment for someone to come over on a specific date and time and was told I would receive a phone call the day before to confirm the appointment, I'm still not holding my breath waiting for that p... read more
