I regret ever giving them my money, I have had issues every step of the way from install to over a year later. 1.) the installer wrote the measurements with marker on the tile side of the tub surround and could still see the remnants of it after he finished. He didn't have a black s**** for the finishes, so used a silver s**** and colored it in with permanent marker. Got permanent marker on the door trim as well. We did not have work done by them but the people upstairs did and that is where the problem starts. after the company completed the work upstairs we found we had water running into our unit below from a drain pipe they broke installing a shower. after calling the company and talking to a rep who informed me that they don't take responsibility for anything they touch.....nothing but the product they sell and that is it! Meet with consultant on 4/18/22. Was interested in product line but explained was not going to make a decision until I had received other quotes. Rep explained can only hold price is deposit was provided. Wrote a check and was told check would not be cashed for 2 weeks but even then I could request a refund for up to 30 days. Check was cashed 4 days later. Since then, we have decided to go with another company but Bath Fitter is not retuning my calls.

Where to start. The salesmen comes in talking up Bath Fitter to my wife and I. He was a bit arrogant and kept saying that today is the last day for a $250.00 discount if we decide to have them do the work and kept pressing the issue. We had a few estimates and they were in line with the others so we gave in. They did not have a tub shell to fit our current tub so they had to come back 2 different times with different samples. My family had hoped to become a customer of ******************* after our wonderful Sales experience with ***** which included measuring, taking photos, explaining the process with small displays, applying for credit and more. Sadly, after 6 weeks of silence, there has yet to be any follow up from the person responsible for scheduling. I contacted ***** to find out it was *****. This Bathfitter has very poor customer service and workmanship quality. Had numerous call-backs to fix simple issue that should have been addressed at initial installation. Have one major problem with a bathroom door that was re-installed improperly and now doesn't close. Have been trying for 3 weeks to have the door fixed without any success. Had to have the door fixed, by a handyman service at a cost of $150.00. And, still no response from Bathfitter. Do not contract with this Bathfitter for your own sanity.

Horrible experience. A man from this location came to measure & provide estimate on March 1. I gave him a deposit to begin job on March 3. I received no communication from the company for 2 months!!!! No idea when job would start. Nothing. After many calls, I finally got into the schedule to have materials ordered in May. So they didn't even order materials for over 2 months! Job is transfered to the Northbrook location. Install happens on May 11, but it is defective. ***** does not drain out of tub. Initially they did a great job installing a whole bathroom for me. However, their repair dept. is not very good or organized. This is my second repair request on the same issue, and it is taking more that 45 days to set up a repair. I am not trusting their "Lifetime Warranty" policy, service is very poor!

PLEASE DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HIRE THIEVES AND SEND THEM INTO UNSUSPECTING CONSUMER HOMES. Bathroom transformed in one day as promised. Workmanship okay. 10 days later I discovered one or both of bath fitter employees stole in excess of $2,000 in cash from a closed closet on the opposite side of the room from where they were working.
