I had Bathfitter replace my tub and shower enclosure and now the frame has some paint peeling. I have been very careful to clean with only products listed by Bathfitter. I called the local Bathfitter franchise which said it would replace the defective frame but would charge $80 per hour for labor because the installation was more than 5 years old.
