My experience with Bath Fitters of West Palm Beach is awesome. They did a excellent job and I am very happy. I certainly love my bathrooms. Thanks to Oral came and did the measurement, Chrissy the person who took my calls when I have a question and Chris the technician. Great job!!
The installer did an excellent job. He was polite, professional and tidy. Our bathroom was finished in 6 hours and looks fantastic. We were able to cover our shower walls without having to cover our vintage bathtub. No one tried to up-sell us, which was refreshing. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Bath Fitters.
I had Bathfitter replace my tub and shower enclosure and now the frame has some paint peeling. I have been very careful to clean with only products listed by Bathfitter. I called the local Bathfitter franchise which said it would replace the defective frame but would charge $80 per hour for labor because the installation was more than 5 years old. I had someone come out and give me an estimate on a new tub. I knew the estimate was kind of high but was ok with it due to the convenience. A few days later the sales person came back to my home uninvited and I was watching my 12 month old child. Keep in mind I work two jobs have a pregnant wife and a small child to support currently. I signed the document quickly as he said it was just a minor addition to the job.
