We had Bathfiters come out a few years ago to re-do out bathroom tub. We chose this company only for the fact that it came with a life time warranty. I called today because the tub is separating from the wall due to no fault of ours. I called, sent photos and NOW WAS TOLD the charge would be $150.00 - their lifetime warranty is a total scam and rip-off. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..
Talked to Allen gave him a couple of dates and since they were booked sat so I gave him 2 other dates and he didn't listen he hung up on me,I called back two times and the phone was picked up and hung up,this guy has a bad attitude and terrible customer service
Great Vegas franchise! They installed a tub over tub and a tub/shower conversion and I am thrilled with the results.
