Thompson Bath completed our remodel today as scheduled. The installer, Tristan was the absolute Best. He explained everything to us before starting & confirmed every detail of our order before starting. He gave us a timeline for completion exceeded our expectations. He was very friendly and courteous. I was surprised he was able to complete this job by himself. His work ethic & workmanship was outstanding. His attention to detail was very impressive and the finished work on the tub to shower conversion looks awesome.
There’s good workmanship, and great workmanship, and there’s the workmanship that goes beyond and over the top. That is how we can describe the quality of skill that turned our mundane bathroom into a display fit for the cover of any magazine featuring renovations and home decor. The team is exceptional from Ben in sales, Judith in the office keeping me updated on the supplies order & scheduling, to the install team of Gio & Nacho. Everyone was so polite to my concerns! From start to finish AMAZING experience and results. Christian with the design help and expertise and Daniel with the tear out and installation. I will be doing my upstairs primary bathroom with them as well. My Mother in laws primary suite downstairs shower is beautiful.
I recently had this company replace the walls for my shower and bathtub, and they are incredible! Really fast service, great communication, wonderful job. I have zero complaints. The bathrooms look amazing, and are going to be SO much easier to clean. I'm delighted not to have grout anymore. The installer was incredibly professional and very tidy, and in all I feel like I have the best bathrooms on the block! If you use this company, you will not be disappointed.
