Erin from Thompson Bath was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful. James Thompson, the owner of the company called me personally, to verify details of my upcoming shower Upgrade. Good selection of choices, quality materials, and no high pressure to buy.
We just had our shower redone by Thompson Bath. We went through Home Depot. Our installer was Daniel. He was excellent. Very professional in his work and interacting with us. The finished shower looks great. Once again Daniel the installer was great so if you are lucky enough for him to be your installer then you have no worries. Thank you again!!!

He did an excellent job changing my bathtub to walking shower.My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with his professional and excellent job. Love our new step in shower! Tristan changed our old bathtub/shower into a beautiful step-in shower in only two days. We got a few estimates and Thompson Bath was in the middle of the estimates but they were able to do the work within a few weeks instead of a few months that others quoted. Our salesman was great (Christian), office staff was great (Kaylie?), and everyone was very responsive to my calls and emails.
