So pleased with Thompson Bath from start to finish on new walk-in shower, vanity/sink and toilet in my 2nd bath. I agree with all the positive reviews. I started my bath remodel through Home Depot and they got me in touch with their installation contractor, Thompson Bath. Erin was excellent and really looked out for me. Working with Will and James to get the renovations done in our 2 & 1/2 baths was great! Will was OUR GUY! He was there from start to finish! He gutted all of our bathrooms and help talk me through a couple of design decisions lol! Thompson Bath Remodel did an excellent job turning our small tub/shower into a big party shower. Ricardo was very professional, detailed and very proficient. Our shower looks great and beautiful. So much more room. Would recommend them for bath remodel.
I found Thompson Bath to be easy to work with. Very accommodating. All about customer satisfaction. After my initial walk into Home Depot & them pointing me in the direction of Thompson Bath, all was a win. My 1st experience getting a tub out & walk-in shower installed. Had our shower installed last week. Our installer - Ricardo arrived on time and got right to work. He had to demolish-do plumbing and then put everything back together. He was very careful of our home and did a FANTASTIC job!!! We are super happy with how the remodel came out!
