An absolute wonderful experience having Bath Fitters installer Markerry Hatten complete our tub to walk in shower conversion. The process was smooth and amazing to watch. We had a small hiccup with the wall delivered being white instead of the ordered marble appearance. Markerry was on it immediately going to pick up the correct wall and stayed late to complete the job. He was amazing through it all and did an absolutely amazing job including cleanup. We needed an extra grab bar added to the Bath Fitter they installed last summer. Everyone was prompt, helpful, pleasant, and Tristan did a great job with the additional item, including explaining everything in precise detail for us. We are very happy with them!
