We had our bath tub changed to a walk in shower. The fact it was able to be done in one day, even with a drain needing to be changed to be up to code, was simply a joy to behold! Our installer, Jose, worked tirelessly throughout the day. His motto was basically don't come down the steps with empty hands. We are very pleased with all the Bath Fitter components: the presenters, the contacts from the home office until the installation, and Jose were excellent!!!

Jake, my salesman, was informative and easy to work with. He stayed with me through the entire process. Lucas worked hard and steadily performing the installation. His work was precise and his cleanup and protective measures were impeccable. Crystal was warm and helpful working with me on the installation scheduling. The entire process was easy, informative, and efficient. 10/10!
