We had our old shower/tub replaced with a shower from Bathfitters. Trevor did the install and we are very happy with his work. His craftsmanship really showed and we appreciated his compassion!
Bath Fitter is the most customer oriented company I have ever dealt with. The sales rep Hawley could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Jesse, the installer, did an amazing job. He was quick and efficient and so professional.
Complete waist of my time. When talking with Bath fitter I asked them specifically if they can go over an existing tub/shower, their response was "absolutely, that's what we do". I got my wonderful bathtub five years ago and just one of the fittings was loose. They came right away fixed it very wonderful man named Rowan polite cared about my home. Couldn’t have been a better experience!
My elderly mom needed her bath tub shower combo replaced with a walk in shower for her safety. From the consultation meeting with Bre to the installation done by Jesse and Rowan the process was excellent. Bre explained the whole process thoroughly and took her time with my mom in choosing the right shower features for her and her safety .
