We wanted something clean, functional and pleasant to look at for a shower stall replacement and drain repair with recentering. Dom and the plumber arrived promptly in the early morning and after the plumbing part was completed Dom stayed on and worked until the job was completed into the evening (after getting our approval of a later-than-expected quit time). Dom was friendly, asked appropriate questions, cleaned up the area nicely, and did excellent work. We are very pleased.

Our new tub to shower conversion was done last week and I am quite happy with the outcome although they were unable to install the shower door. Dom did his best to deal with the challenges he was presented. He worked very hard to give us a beautiful shower and I am very happy with it.

We did tub/shower to and extra large shower conversion with Bathfitter a few years ago so it was a no brainer for use to use them again for our 2nd bathroom. The warranty cannot be beat. Their team members are all great from sales and scheduling to install and plumbing. The install team Jessie and Doug and the plumber - Will, were all personable, professional , efficient, thorough and thoughtful. Astounding transformation. From the knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure sales call from Sean, to the install, was a most pleasant experience. Doug went over the project and confirmed details, and then he and Jesse got to work. Absolutely clean pick up. Wouldn't have known they'd been there. This is the third time I've had a bathroom done by Bath Fitter.
