My new bathtub/shower look and function well! My comments: Though the installation does as advertised, done in one day, no indication was given between when deposit was made to completion of project. 6-10 weeks should be shared with consumer. I would like to have known in advance, that the removal process would leave a layer of fine silt/residue covering EVERYTHING. It took much time to clean up; even into my closet, I had to clean/throw out some items, toothbrush etc. I had to have a return trip to correct work not done rig... read more
Jonathan did the pre-install measurements before Lucas did the installation of my shower/tub. Jonathan was friendly and professional then. I decided after the installation I wanted a 2nd shower shelf and grab bar. Jonathan did the installation for those items and was just as friendly as the first time. Great job, Jonathan!
