Our sales rep Chad Thompson was very knowledgable & helpful answering our questions. Our installer John Hoas was very efficient & thorough while installing our new shower upgrade.
Work was done well and done quickly Price was higher than I think the work warranted, and I suspect if you can find any local outfits to do the work instead of a national group like this one, the price will match up to expectations better, but none of the local groups here seemed to have time for more than service calls. This was the best priced and timed of the national groups I contacted. The person they sent out was professional.
Shane did a great installation. I was real impressed with how Bath Fitter keeps you informed every step of the installation.
