Quick response to service call.
Will need a secondary place for showering while waiting for completion. One day remodel is far from the truth. May get shower but have to wait weeks for finishing. Our remodel is shower. Shower done in one day but 4 weeks later waiting for shower side window and door. Shower unusable since the walls are not designed for use of a shower curtain. What work is done looks nice but a big inconvenience waiting for finish of project.
The most incredible service beginning with Renee in the production office when we first visited the showroom. We needed to do two shower remodels and a tub/shower remodel and she showed us around the displays and warehouse explaining procedures and timelines. It continued with Chris when he came to our house to explain all the options. Very thorough…took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Not one bit pushy.
