We recently had an old tub removed and replaced with a shower/tub combo. Bryan did an excellent job. Worked from 8 to 5pm, left the place clean, and was very courteous.
Bath Fitter has come back and dealt with a couple of issues that had come up. They looked closely at a couple of ways to deal with my problem, sent a couple of technicians and finally decided the best way to handle my problem. The technician came, repaired and replaced what was needed, cleaned up and left after a long day. I can say that Bath Fitter stands by their warranty. I am still happy with my choice of my new shower! Thank you all!!!
Awesome installer, Bryan. He was very professional and installed everything quickly as well as explained everything and answered all of our questions. Two small pieces were not provided for him, but he used similar temporary pieces to let us experience our shower and tub - the correct pieces will be swapped out once they arrive. Loved reveal time-very surreal. Thank you for helping us love our bathroom!
Matt showed up right on time. He was extremely professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He walked me through everything he was going to do and got right to work. He finished the entire tub, shower, and wall early in the afternoon. Once he finished, he walked me through everything again and made sure I was happy with the result. Everything looks great!
After previous negative review that I have deleted, Bath Fitter contacted me to address my concerns. Shawn came to my home looked at the work to see the problem that I had with placement of towel bars. He was most helpful in assuring me they could be fixed. He understood where I wanted them and changed the placement for me. He even noticed a spot where the seal had slightly separated by the tub and fixed it before I even had to ask him.
