we are missing a part for our shower and we're told they would be bringing to us. that was 11 months ago. and when I post on Facebook they delete my post. several calls to the office and even one to the salesman has not gotten our shower completed yet

Yes! They have an excellent sales team who knows the product. Waylon, my installer, was professional, listened to my concerns, and considerate of the noise he would be making during installation. He answered all of my questions and explained the installation process. Overall, a pleasant purchase and installation experience. The product looks great, too. The remodel made my bathroom and shower appear so much bigger than it it.
Bath Fitter did an excellent job on our new shower and tub. Matt performed the installation and it was very clean. Looks great!

Waylon came 1/6/21 for removal and install of shower. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and his workmanship was very good. I am very happy with the product and his installation and cleanup. He’s a valuable employee.

Very unhappy with Colonie .......The installer that came today was wonderful and did a great job. Unfortunately the install was complete when we realized that they installed plastic instead of the metal fixtures that were sold to us by the sales man from the Newburgh office.
