We bought a house and "inherited" a Bath Fitter with various issues. Bath Fitter told us we don't get the "lifetime warranty" as they promise everyone else, but they would come out for a courtesy visit to fix the initial issues. Waste of money. Management is rude, decided against following through with repeat services and to switch to Rome Bath! We spoke to a Scott regarding issues and he was very unprofessional.
