The staff are professional, thorough and very nice.
It was very thorough and painless. My Hygienist had a very positive attitude and made me comfortable throughout the procedure.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Melanie was friendly, very knowledgeable and explained things well. Although I didn't get the " report" I was hoping for, I feel hopeful that I'll be able to get my problem under better control with Melanie and Dr Cook's help.
Hygienist Melanie Jacques has been taking care of my dental exams and cleanings for several years, and I have total confidence that my teeth are well cared for. Over the years I’ve had lots of expensive dental work, and Mrs. Jacques helps me protect that investment. She is very personable which does much to relieve dentist chair anxiety.
I am very thankful to have Bath Dental to care for my oral health. Those who work there are comfortable to talk to and do a good job. Tammy is wonderful! The visual aspects of the whole office make a beautiful difference in just walking in and being cared for!
Great staff and dentist. Professional, friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist, Melanie, was very helpful in explaining what exactly was/is going on with my tooth and the best ways for me to make an informed decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Bath Family Dental to any one in the mid-coast area of Maine.
Dentist office is not my favorite place to go. You and your friendly staff make the trip as pleasant as possible.
This crew is the best I've EVER had. Really! I have a bad time going to the dentist. They are understanding, gentle,kind & easy to deal with. If you like flowers it's worth the trip just to see the photography that fills the walls with one of their staff's work. I give this place an A+. B A Wellman Bath, Maine
