Thomas, Saraf and Chris are beyond amazing!! They went above and beyond to help us, even though we made an error in our request, they worked together tirelessly to try to accommodate us!! We will definitely be back and recommend this specific location to our friends and family. Extra shout out to Thomas who also helped with our original ordering process three weeks ago. There need to be more people in sales like you. Our sincerest gratitude!!!
This store had the unusual size toilet I needed. The major stores like Home Depot, Rona and Canadian Tire did not carry that particular size, but Bath Depot were able to provide me with one immediately and at a reasonable price. Great service. Thank you!
We recently completed the renovation of our bathroom and purchased all the necessary bath ware from Bath Depot Scarborough. I am happy to share that the customer service was excellent. In particular, I must mention that Prashob was extremely helpful throughout the process. His guidance and support were invaluable, and we truly appreciate the assistance he provided from start to finish.
One -piece smart toilet HAL. Serial number T1832-WH. This is a really poor quality of toilet. It cant be called as smart toilet as the flush is too weak to flush anything regardless if it's soft waste or solid ones. Have to keep flushing for several times that wasted tons of water and caused tons of inconvenience and discomfort. I have given almost a month to let head office to take care of this. The product choice is extensive and prices at Bath Depot are competitive, but where they excel is with their service. Joseph, the manager at the Scarborough location was outstanding. He walked us through all the choices specific to our needs, offered expert advice and was so pleasant and friendly throughout. I highly recommend Bath Depot, and if you can, see Joseph and the staff at the location in Scarborough - 5-star service!
