I purchased a bathroom vanity and toilet. Upon opening the vanity, I found a defect—a visible scratch. I immediately called the store to report the issue. My installer was already at my home, and I had to pay him $150. The store told me to bring the vanity back and return a week later for a replacement. Who will cover the second installation cost? or weird pay for 2nd one - it will come next week because they cannot give another without being paid. Montreal wont send... I mean stupidity. We just renovated 2 bathrooms and bought a lot of stuff at Bath Depot: toilets, vanities, shower doors, shower kit, shower faucets etc. The customer service was excellent: Joseph, Thomas and Patricia were all very helpful. We bought most of this stuff during their Black Friday and Boxing Day sales and they were happy to hold everything for us until the first week of February when our contractor was starting.
