I recently saw Bath Crest shower remodels at a resort and was so impressed I asked for their contact information. When they came out to my home, they were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly described their products and the process. I appreciated the color recommendations they provided to make my project look polished. Looking forward to enjoying my new bathroom!
Had so many issues I don't know where to start. Was promised the job would take 4 days to a week at the most. 6 months later the job was finished and not to what we had expected. We had to complain every day about something different. Was told the bottom of the shower was not going to be slippery and it is very slippery. Had to buy rubber mats. Added charges in the end. I️ really can’t give my opinion on the product, because the salesman sent to my home was useless. He arrived, we discussed the scope of the project. He said, yes the company could do it. Then, after wasting about 30 mins of my time, told me he didn’t have the ability to present the project or even show my the product. It seems be a common thing in south Florida for a business to lie to you to get what they want. After running into various issues with a different bathroom company, the finance company told me to get a second opinion in writing of work done wrong from another bathroom company. So I turned to bath crest as they also offered acrylic shower wall installation. I first went to a show in 2014 and seen a Bath Crest display. The thickness, quality and look is what attracted me to Bath Crest. Forward ahead to today 3/2017. My husband and I called and set up an appointment. Joel showed up early and on time. He looked over our bathroom and sat down with us. He went through the options of color, style, extras and pricing.
