I am highly satisfied with the beautiful tub Bath Creations installed. They were easy to work with and flexible regarding the install date. The installers were neat and tidy and cleaned up well before leaving the job. I would recommend them and hope to give them future business.
Overpriced and immature people to deal with. Don't let them open a credit account for you, because if you decide NOT to use their services they will keep a pending amount on the account until hell freezes over. Kinda scary if you ask me...

Bruce we are sorry you feel this way. You had told us you where thinking about wanting to do the project. We have called you twice to discuss this account and you have hung up on us both times. We have removed your authorization from synchrony finance. Since you had signed for the the loan you will need to call synchrony to close your account. There as never been any charges to your account. We sincerely wish you the best of luck on your project.
I highly recommend you NOT go through this company if you are looking to remodel your bathroom/shower in any way. I'm a quadriplegic and I require a roll in shower. I need one installed into my new apartment ASAP, so we called them for someone to come out for an estimate. This isn't the first time I've gone through the process of remodeling a shower or what the possibilities are to make something functional and affordable. Bath Creations is wonderful! product fit and finish is beyond my expectations. There sales team is very easy to work. no pressure willing to get aggressive on pricing. Even willing make exceptions to fit me in the schedule in a timely manner due to health reasons. Once the construction started I was beyond impressed they make sure every square inch of my house was cover and protected were they worked. Quality products! They installed a beautiful walk in shower that has serviced our family for over 15 years and it is just as beautiful today. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional. Recently had their service to replace the caulk (only second time in all these years) as well as the corner shelf unit that had a small crack. Replaced at no charge.
