I purchased several 3-wick candles on line quite a while ago. The order came in trickles. Finally, I received ~8 candles with a note that said they were repacked. Several were damaged as there was no packing material and the box was too big. Breanna P. at the Meadows Mall was so helpful. She gave me all my options and I was able to exchange the 4 damaged candles with no problems. Thank you Breanna! She should promoted to store manager somewhere!
