Absolutely disgusting! I did a store pick-up order and when I got home, I realized the body wash I ordered was used! The top was broken and had dried, crusted product all over it. That is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Bath & Body Works should be double-checking pick-up orders before handing them to customers. Check your bags before you leave, because this is not okay!
This store is the best. It is quite a drive for me but I'm going to come to this one from now on. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and Pamela is especially sweet. You can tell that they all enjoy working here. They greet you as soon as you come in and tell you about all the specials. Thank you for another great shopping experience!
Definitely not happy with B&BW refund / exchange policy. My family bought me the wrong fragrance many months ago but, of course, threw away the receipt. The fragrance was apparently on sale at $49.95 vs. the usual $59.95. So... pay the difference of $10, right? Nope.... since I didn't have the receipt, the "trade-in" value of the cologne was $9 !! What? Did it go bad in the bottle? I've bought hundreds of dollars worth of their products, but with this stupid, shortsighted policy.... I have plenty of other options...
I usually never write reviews but never have I ever seen such an unprofessional manger ( Kim was on her name tag) speak to not only customers but her employees with such disrespect!!! I went in with my wife so she can do some shopping, not only was Kim in our face spraying random perfumes the second we walked in (didn’t even ask us if we want to smell it!) as well which led to my wife having an allergic reaction, she did the same to other customers that came in after us.
