I would leave a lower review if possible. My shopping experience ended in such a horrible way when the register attendant insulted the children I was with. I had an infant in my shopping party who was making noise, as infants do. The Bath and Body Works employe was visibly overwhelmed and instead of being an adult and asking the other attendant next to them for support, stated that the "child is annoying me" and continued to explain why my coupon wouldn't work at their store. Ok, let me start by saying I love their products. However, I will not be returning to this particular store in the near future. We are putting our house up for sale and wanted some clean scented wallflowers. I brought my husband so we could smell them all and decide together. When we walked in we were greeted by an over zealous sales associate, which isn't unusual and was fine. Ive had online orders sent to this location, only for my orders to be messed with because of an item being "out of stock" but yet when I go to pick up my order the item that was "out of stock" is sitting right on the shelves, so disappointed....
