Excellent employees
I am very disappointed, I went yesterday to get items for my daughters quinceanera merch store. An employee there started telling me that I was going to be selling the items on Facebook Marketplace. I am sorry that employees don't have cultural knowledge. A quinceanera is a coming of age for 15 year old girls. The trend now is to have a merch store, that does not mean we sell things at the quinceanera it means we provide the guest a "store" like experience as they select party favors for free for coming to the event. I went in today to use a coupon, and I was struggling! Had the wrong email, couldn't get on the WiFi, etc etc. Aceneth helped me at the register and was so patient and sweet, I appreciated her so much. I've truly never had a bad experience at this location; it is always well stocked, well organized, and well staffed.
It was awesome took my granddaughter so she could spend her Christmas present and went way over what she had so thru in the difference. Staff was very helpful
