I've Coming Here For Years, I'm Never Leaving I Love To Smell Good. It doesn't matter the Location, They are always Friendly and Its always going to smell Great
Not trying to be a Karen...but went in to 12 Oaks location today to do a simple exchange and was treated like a criminal. Sales associate (blonde girl - did not catch her name in case management is monitoring this) was incredibly rude and dismissive and did not believe I had used the credit card I handed her. A different associate simply did not even know the inventory and told me to just to "look around" for an item I had called earlier about and was told was definitely in stock.
