Not trying to be a Karen...but went in to 12 Oaks location today to do a simple exchange and was treated like a criminal. Sales associate (blonde girl - did not catch her name in case management is monitoring this) was incredibly rude and dismissive and did not believe I had used the credit card I handed her.
