Ann, the sales associate was very rude and ignorant. I’ve been to multiple BBW locations and I’ve been able to use rewards and coupons at the same time; well at this locations she claims I can’t .. and if it can’t, that’s fine.. but I do it all the time and the fact is she was very rude! No need to work in customer service with her bad attitude. And I did call corporate and they said you are allowed to use rewards and coupons .. they will handle her and address the situation.

I absolutely love shopping at bath & body works but I've went there twice last night and this morning for a pick up water and the employees have been extremely rude Not friendly by any means definitely makes me not want to shop here.
