They got unique, fabulous looking and cool stuff which is hard to get elsewhere. They very often also have pretty good discounts and offers like buy 3 get 3 free. Pricing is somewhat okay too however the most amazing thing is their customer service which made me feel like a VIP. The ladies were really very active and polite in helping me and they had excellent product knowledge.
I have been here today with my partner as we were looking for stuff. A Indian sales person was around and literally made it so uncomfortable for my partner to shop that he ended up buying nothing for himself and left. Just disgust. Lol not a safe place for men.

I just left this store & was disappointed not to be given a coupon at cash. I've been a loyal shopper here for years - that's why I removed a star. The staff are great & the store is lovely. I always get a coupon @ cash on the first day of SAS & today I was told no.
Horrible location. I'll go to Cambridge from now on. They'll hire anyone. One employee named Sarah smells like cat pee and filth. You're selling body spray, use it. I serious wanted to vomit. The management just stand around and gossip while every one else works. I shopped here at Christmas time and the manager Emily was absolutely drunk at work.
