I’ve been on a journey the last few weeks with my daughter whom has massive brain delay and CP. we lost our well loved service ESD of 15 years Jan 31. We recently were gifted a new legitimate (doctors note) emotional support dog. “Chels” has terrible customer service. I was in the store earlier purchasing last minute Christmas gifts. Got to the register and greeted the cashier chels with a hello. Her response was to look at me blankly, then turned to her co worker in the back room to continue their conversation. Throughout the entire transaction, She said absolutely nothing to me. Very unprofessional.
