I was originally a regular and loyal customer at Bath & Body Works, but after today’s experience I will no longer be shopping there or recommending it to others. During the holiday season, I understand that staff can find it difficult to maintain their composure but that comes across as very unprofessional and dismissive for a customer trying to have a good shopping experience. I would give a zero if I could. I tried to use a valid gift card here today, but they would not honor it. They said they changed their system in April and I would need to call customer service to issue a new gift card. Bath and Bodyworks should have a procedure to honor older gift cards upon changing their system. The employees were very unhelpful about the situation.
disgusting staff,, not helping customers.. bad experience in fairview mall on 29th nov today.. will never visit again
