Candle Day. The day I look forward to all year, and because of COVID-19 I shopped online this year for the first time. Several days after placing my order, I was emailed about candles that I order that were "out of stock." Well, I made my order at 6 AM and there were no candles out if stock on the website when ordered and when I asked for a replacement candle in another scent, I was basically told tough luck, here's a 20% coupon instead. I used to be a tried and true customer to B&BW, however, as of recently they have really missed the mark. I believe the pandemic has really affected the manner in which they are fulfilling orders, but they also switched shipping services during their biggest sale times of the season. I placed an order today @ 3pm and decided right after I did not want to purchase so I went on live chat right away to cancel my order. Got an email stating my order was received. The rep said she was able to cancel order but I kept waiting for my cancellation email.
