This review isn't specifically about the store closest to me, but more of a question/concern for the company as a whole. I did try to ask the chatbots on their site, but no luck. (Kept giving 'page cannot be found' error) My question: Why do the wallflower refills stop smelling good when they're still 75% full? & NO, it's not that I've become 'nose blind' to the scent, I'm aware when that happens. I love this place, but it's a hit or miss with the coupons. Nothing is ever on sale when I'm there.
