I had a very disappointing experience today at the Bath & Body Works located next to the Boss store. Three different sales associates told me that the promotion was “Buy 3, Get 3 Free” while I was clearly holding the travel-size bottles, so we picked up a total of six travel-size products. At no point did anyone mention that the promotion only applied to the full-size bottles.
