I made an online purchase and was going to pick-up the order tonight at the store. About an hour ago, I received an e-mail that my order was picked up my someone else that was never approved and I did not receive my order. When I called customer service, it was such a hassle and took way too long. Terrible customer service. I took the refund and will no longer be purchasing anything from Bath & Body Works. What a hassle, for something that was the store fault, and not the customer. No great customer service to resolve issue.

I am not a mall person, but I popped into Bath & Body Works to pick up a candle for a birthday gift for a good friend. They were having a fantastic sale on candles. The place smells like a bakery. The store was packed.

I had such a bad experience with June! She was really rude , didn’t let me pay for the items I wanted , she changed the items of my purchase at the last minute without my knowledge!!!! And couldn’t ask for a return or change because it was final sale! So disappointed at you June !!!!
