The cashier was pleasant and talkative while ringing me up. I was asked to give my phone number to which I responded "no thanks." I was then reminded about the coupons that I would miss out on if I didn't give my number. I thanked her and still said no. She then asked again with the word "insist" included as she "didn't want me to miss out on valuable coupons" I won't shop at this store again. I should have only said no once and that should have been the end of it. She was pushy and it made it an unpleasant experience.
Customer service was horrible the manager didn't let me exchange my lotion for the lotion that I wanted. Not a single person knows about the 100% guarantee and how it works. Mandy is the manager and is very rude.
