Everything ! All their products are superb. They have great sales. They are cruelty free..no testing on animals. If you don't want to go out you can order online and it's delivered promptly to your front door in a beautiful box that makes you feel very special.. they wouldn't have to do that but they go the extra mile.. When I wear their products I feel like a princess.
I left my coupons at home on accident today. I had my husband take a photo and text it to me. The cashiers at the Hamilton town center bath and body works in noblesville Indiana wouldn't accept it. I just received an email with a coupon saying for Instore only and to show on phone. So, they would accept that on the phone? Thanks for lying. Great customer service!

They forgot to put one of my items n the bag. I called later that evening when I got home and was told to just bring my receipt and they would give me the one that was misplaced 🥇
