RecommendedI’ve been a customer since the 90s and have always loved Bath and Body. However, their return shipping policy is not good. We received a product that was clearly damaged before shipping, and we are expected to either pay to ship it back or drive to a store to exchange it. Stores don’t carry this fragrance anymore, but I shouldn’t have to spend time or money to obtain the working product for which I have already paid anyway.
