Went today 8/3 at 3:00. The young woman running the desk Trinity. Had a horrible attitude the manager told her to go in the back because of her attitude, she refused and told me the customer to relax! I am a regular Bath and Body works shopper and did not appreciate the attitude from your employee. I really hope this gets resolved because usually you have friendly helpful employees. So disappointed. She had the nerve to put her hand up and tell me to RELAX! when it was her mistake.
Julia was super nice with my grandma and went above and beyond to help her understand picking up an order for my uncle. She was a little confused and we went to the wrong store and she was super nice and helpful
