The cashier females need training on how to deal with customers. Just because they are capable of making only minimum wages doesn’t mean the store should let their frustrations on regular customers, who just want to have a regular day shopping.
Contacted corporate about store manager, Deneen Brown. Always rude & always has an attitude with customers. Latest incident involved her cursing at me. She also yelled at me to leave her building, she yelled this twice to me. Her building, umm, mam, you must be confused, you do NOT own Newport Mall. She prevented me from making a complaint about her to store associates. How is she representing Bath and Body Works with such unprofessional behavior. Horrible experience today when picking up an online order. First, I was told the reason my order wasn't available was because the item was sold out, even though I showed the cashier a confirmation email stating the order was ready for pickup. Then, I was told the item was sold out and not available in store. The cashier radioed her female manager, who confirmed that the item wasn't in the store.
