The service was great and loved what I got!!!!
Bed Bath & Beyond’s customer service is a joke. They take weeks to respond to simple emails, and when they finally do, the responses are vague, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They never actually solve anything. They just pass the problem from one person to another, claim they are looking into it, say management is reviewing it, or blame the seller. It is one excuse after another with no real resolution. I also had no idea they were using third party sellers on their website, which only made the experience worse. I ret... read more

I have always been treated with the highest level of customer service and a speedy retrieving of my order, WEEKLY. Everyone here is always so very helpful, smiling and seem to enjoy what they are doing. Of course they seem overwhelmed at times but hey, it's bath and body works and your guys are doing an AMAZING job, so your gonna be busy...I LOVE IT HERE. The Store Manager Vanessa, I am absolutely amazed at how she gets involved, makes walk in sales and treats everyone Top Tier!!!
